Honoured to be part of the PLDI/IDLP trainer team, Monte is continually inspired by the strength and leadership demonstrated by his peers. He feels a deep sense of meaning witnessing graduates of the program transform and grow. Practicing creativity and of being of service to others are two ways he aims to model the way.
